Flavours offering a first class dining experience with excellent food and fine wines served in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Fresh seasonal produce is sourced locally – game from the Somerset-Dorset border, fish from Plymouth and West Bay, wines supplied by Regency Wines.

Flavours is an early 18th century building, with traditional oak beams and some cob walls.

We believe it has been a blacksmith’s, a nail-maker’s and a drapery shop in the past and maybe even a sweet shop at one time but it has definitely been associated with providing food in one form or another since at least the 1940’s.

Herman is Turkish by birth but has spent most of his life in England and is the driving force behind “Flavours” He is a chef with a passion for using fresh ingredients and experimenting with flavours.
